WARSAW — Combined Community Services hosted a free workshop April 20, helping Kosciusko residents learn how to grow their own food at home. SILVER LAKE — The Kosciusko County community is changing the way many local residents see, and feel, winter weather. Whether beautiful or tragic, the snowfall in Warsaw, Winona Lake, Silver Lake and other local communities can cause more problems than just traffic delays.

ELLINWOOD, KAN — Around 9:46 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, police were called to the area of Northeast 10 Road and Northeast 120 Avenue near Ellinwood. They found an abandoned vehicle in the roadway, which was impounded by deputies.

WINONA LAKE — Lakeland Christian Academy will hold its eighth annual community-wide Food Drive Sept. 28-30. The food drive will benefit Combined Community Services.
