KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine announced Monday, Jan. 18, that the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association will again award college scholarships to qualified high-school seniors or college students pursuing a degree in criminal justice studies.
