Clark E. Lemley, 95, of Ligonier, Ind., passed away at Avalon Village in Ligonier on Monday, Nov. 18, 2013. He was born in Mount Morris, Pa. on July 11, 1918, the son of Albert and Sadie (Rush) Lemley. He served his country honorably in the United States Army during WWII.
