Clair W. Archer, 89, of Cromwell, Ind., passed away at 8:35 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014, at IU Health Goshen Hospital in Goshen, Ind. He was born on Oct. 5, 1924, to Elbert D. and Alma M.
