LAWRENCE — Lawrence police arrested 44-year-old Shuron Scott for neglect after she allegedly left two children she was babysitting alone in an SUV Sept. 24 while she shopped at a Pendleton Pike Kroger.

UPDATE: The Silver Alert issued on Tuesday was cancelled at approximately 9:25 a.m. today.   The City of Lawrence Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Indianapolis.
