KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The countdown has begun for city/town elections. Polls will open at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, and close at 6 p.m. in the city of Warsaw and towns of Claypool, Mentone, Pierceton and Silver Lake. All five communities will have races for council seats.
