ESSEX, ENGLAND — Two people have been arrested after a young girl died from serious injuries suffered when she was blown around in a bouncy castle during an Easter fair in Essex, England.

Today, the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) released the state’s latest child fatality report. DCS reviewed 286 child deaths from state fiscal year 2013, with varying causes that included drownings, gunshot wounds, drug overdoses and beatings.
