WARSAW — Police arrested a 28-year-old from Chicago, Ill., on two counts of fraud on a financial institution, a level 5 felony. Jamar D. Beach, 6053 S. Winchester, Chicago, Ill., was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 29.
