Charles K. “Chuck” Litsey, 75, of Pierceton, Ind., passed away at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, in his residence. He was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Frankton, Ind., to Samuel and Madge (Hays) Litsey.
