SPENCER — The coroner has determined that one-year-old Shaylyn Ammerman died from asphyxiation. Her death has been ruled a homicide.

SPENCER — Indiana State Police say they have found a body that they believe is the body of Shaylyn Ammerman. ISP said the body matched the description of the missing one-year-old.

SPENCER — Authorities in Owen County are searching for a missing 1-year-old girl believed to be in danger.

Charles Joseph “Chuck” Spencer, 68, of Wabash, died at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Jellystone Park Camp Resort in Pierceton. He was born Dec. 2, 1946, in Wabash, to Wayne C.
