Charles F. Leeka, 65, of North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, June 1, 2014, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester.   He was born Aug. 29, 1948, in Wabash, Ind., to William A. and Mary (Rhoades) Leeka.
