Charles E. Flora, 95, North Manchester, died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Jan. 11, 1920, in Mennomonie, Wis., to Abraham and Clara M.
