Charles Besson Stanley, 91, of Columbia City, died at 9:15 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, at his home. He was born Dec. 2, 1923, in Dunfee, Allen County, a son of Roy Cuppy and Ruth H. (Besson) Stanley.
