Cathy Lowe, 69, Rochester, died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2017 at Hickory Creek, Rochester. Cathy was born Dec. 16, 1947 to Robert “Bob-Spud”  Tharp, and Deloris ” Dee-Mammaw” Tharp.
