Cassandra Rautenkranz, 28, Syracuse, was airlifted from Goshen Municipal Airport to Memorial Hospital, South Bend, following an accident Wednesday morning. Rautenkranz suffered a laceration to her head. She was transported to the airport by ambulance. The accident occurred at 11:38 a.m. on US 33 south of CR 42, near Benton.
