Kosciusko Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident: 11:56 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 12100 block West CR 1000S, Akron. Casey Whitehurst reported the theft of an ATV.  

Two Marshall County men have been arrested after a 24-year-old woman reported she had been raped. The alleged incident happened at around 1:30 a.m. July 9 in Bourbon. Bourbon Police say, during the investigation, warrants were issued for Dustin Hasko, 25, of Tippecanoe, and Casey Whitehurst, 25, of Bourbon. Both men were arrested by Marshall …read more.
