Carl J. Kavanaugh Jr., 65, of Ligonier, passed away unexpectedly, on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at his home. He was born on Oct. 30, 1949, in Beech Grove, the son of Carl J. and Mary (Poths) Kavanaugh. On Aug. 7, 1971, he married Margery “Margie” Mathew; she survives.
