Carl Hall, 74, Wabash, died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, at Parkview Wabash Hospital. He was born Oct. 27, 1941, in Buckingham, Ky., to Lee and Martha (Newsome) Hall.
