NORTH WEBSTER — North Webster Town Council approved a change of zoning for two properties during its monthly meeting Tuesday, Feb. 14. The properties in question are located at 303 S. Main St. and 103 E. South St., and owned by Ralph W. and Alice E. Luce.

A third suspect remains at large today following an early morning home burglary in North Webster, but police say they have identified the suspect. The burglary happened while the victims were home.
