WARSAW — A special exception to allow a home occupation and a variance to allow a second sign, both in residential areas, were unanimously approved by the Warsaw Board of Zoning Monday evening, Sept. 28.

Two locations selling accessory buildings were granted the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals nod of approval last night. The variances for both locations, both in areas zoned Commercial-2, were unanimously approved. One, for Wade Frauhiger, will allow for the outdoor sales on a now vacant lot on Lake Street.
