WARSAW — The dates of Oct. 3-6 have been set for a jury trial on charges against Mickgomery W. Hisey, 26, 153 EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse, stemming from the Christmas Day fatal accident claiming the lives of Kim Conrad, Syracuse, and her son, Stephen Conrad II, and injured Stephen T. Conrad, Syracuse and Brody Jordan, Syracuse.

SYRACUSE — Two of the three individuals hospitalized following the Christmas Day accident which took the lives of Kim Conrad, 61, Syracuse, and her son, Stephen Conrad II, 32, Phoenix, Ariz., have been released from the hospital.

Warsaw Police Department Narcotics Unit executed multiple felony warrants for illegal drugs Wednesday, Oct. 22.
