Brett Allen Robbins, 31, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, in his residence. On Nov. 8, 1981, he was born in Warsaw to Tom and Linda (Kelly) Robbins.
