Bonnie S. Wagoner, 78, Akron, passed at 5:21 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born on Dec. 21, 1938 in Kosciusko County to Edgar and Pauline (Wideman) Cochran.
