Bonnie K. Messer, 60, of North Webster, Ind., passed away Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1952, in Goshen, Ind., to  Ray and Katherine (Ramer) LeCount.
