WARSAW — Due to the heavy rains in Warsaw this morning and afternoon, First Friday and the Blues and BBQ Festival that were to be hosted in Central Park have been canceled. According to First Friday coordinator Paula Bowman, the heavy rains have flooded the park. The events will not be rescheduled.

Though the ground was wet, skies were clear and the park was packed tonight to celebrate the annual Blues and BBQ Concert. The concert began at 6 p.m. at the Glover Pavilion.
