Billy E. Kline, 78, North Manchester, died at 3:38 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017  in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born March 18, 1938 in Wabash, IN to Everett & Grace (Maidford) Kline.
