Billy D. Horn, 77, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 7:05 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was born Aug. 10, 1937, in Mentone, Ind., to Dwayne and Maxine (Wideman) Horn. He married Patricia A. Fancil and served in the Navy during the Korean War.
