Billy (Bill) R. Wallen, 68, Warsaw, passed away at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, in Auburn. On June 7, 1947, he was born in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Claude and Mae (Green) Wallen. He was united in marriage to Patricia McClone on June 28, 1997, who survives. Bill graduated from Prestonsburg High School in 1965. …read more.
