Bill C. Robinson, 77, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:56 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Kosciusko Community Hospital. He had been ill for 10 years. He was born Oct. 9, 1935, in Prestonburg, Ky., to Clyde and Mary (Green) Robinson. Bill was married to Judy Horn on July 8, 1961, in Warsaw, who survives. …read more.
