Betty Jean Taulbee, 89, South Bend, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Betty was born on April 28, 1925, in Mentone, as the daughter of Lloyd and Emma Marie (Decker) Shoemaker.
