Betty Jane Strong, 96, of Rochester passed away at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016 at her residence. On Sept. 27, 1920, Betty was born in Leiters Ford to Harley and Clara Elizabeth Bitterling Guise. Betty married Clair Eugene Strong on April 20, 1944, in Jackson, Mississippi.
