MISHAWAKA — Wawasee advanced seven, Warsaw five and Tippecanoe Valley three to semi-state at Saturday’s Penn Wrestling Regional.

NorthWood topped DeKalb 4-1 to advance at the Concord Regional, while Warsaw closed with a 5-0 loss to Peru at the Culver Academies Regional Tuesday.

AKRON – The IHSAA announced Monday that Tippecanoe Valley will again serve as host for the IHSAA Unified Flag Football regional round.

KENDALLVILLE — Following a fog delay at an East Noble Regional that was already pushed back from Saturday to Monday, NorthWood’s golfers steadied themselves on their second nine at Noble Hawk Golf Links to finish runners-up and earn a berth to the state finals.

PLYMOUTH — Led by dual 75s from Cal Hoskins and Chase Byron, Warsaw fired a 318 at Thursday’s Plymouth Boys Golf Sectional, earning the right to advance to the state finals.

MARION — Tippecanoe Valley ran into unbeaten, No. 1-ranked Delta in the late Marion Regional semifinal Saturday afternoon, and the Vikings bowed out of the state tournament with a 54-28 loss.

WARSAW — The Lake City Skiers’ punched their ticket to the Division I National Water Ski Show Championships in August with a third-place finish at the Central Region Show Ski Tournament over the weekend.

WARSAW — Flooding in the upper Midwest has forced a change of venue at the Central Region Show Ski Tournament, which will feature a total of seven teams from across five states, and the tournament has been moved to the home of Warsaw’s own Lake City Skiers at Hidden Lake on Saturday and Sunday, July 14-15.
