North Webster Community Public Library will host a silent fundraising auction starting July 20 through July 31.

MILFORD — The Kehoe Kids are a group of eighth-grade students who are continuing a project they started four years ago — the annual Kehoe Kids Auction and Fish Fry. As the last year for the Kehoe Kids at Milford School, they are hoping to surpass a total of $30,000 at their fifth annual silent auction after coming very close to making it in the last four years.

SYRACUSE — On Dec. 7, Roger and Stacy Gray along with the Lakeland Eagles 3760 held their second annual Crohn’s and colitis benefit to help raise money and awareness for the Indiana chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. A check for $4,400 was presented to Amanda Thomas of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Indiana chapter by the Grays and other Eagles members Thursday, Dec. 26.

LEESBURG — Between the live auction, silent auction and multiple other fundraising opportunities at the Black and White Dinner held Saturday evening, June 8, the Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County was able to raise over $73,000 to assist local cancer patients throughout the county.

SYRACUSE — The seventh annual People Helping People event returns Friday, May 18, and Saturday, May 19, thanks to the Lakeland Eagles Aerie and Auxiliary 3760. The event will take place at 12889 N. Kern Road, Syracuse.

LEESBURG — Totals are still being tabulated but initial results from the annual Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County annual dinner event, Saturday, Sept. 9, indicate a successful evening.
