WARSAW — Todd Valentine, 40, 306 E. Lynwood Drive, Syracuse, has been released from jail on his own recognizance, with conditions, after entering pleas of guilty to five of 13 charges in Kosciusko Superior Court 1. Valentine appeared before Judge David Cates Tuesday morning, May 30, to enter a change of plea on six pending cases. Two of the cases were pending in Kosciusko Superior Court 2.
