Warsaw’s Board of Public Works and Safety this morning approved a contract to hire Ground Rules Inc. to complete the city’s comprehensive plan. The Kosciusko County Farmers Market will be presenting the 1st Annual Firemen Chili Cook Off on Saturday, Oct. 13, in downtown Warsaw.
