Azayla Dawn Marie Guerra, one month old infant daughter of Luis Guerra and Brandy Ann Marie (Adkins) Peconga, of Warsaw, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
