KOSCIUSKO — Kosciusko County Chief Deputy Sheriff Rocky Goshert has announced the promotions of two sheriff’s department deputies. WARSAW — The rain held off during the county’s 9/11 memorial remembrance ceremony at Center Lake Park, Warsaw. Some stood throughout the entire ceremony, others utilized the bleachers and chairs provided or sat on the ground or chairs they had brought along.
A third suspect remains at large today following an early morning home burglary in North Webster, but police say they have identified the suspect. The burglary happened while the victims were home.
