LEESBURG — During a check of the National Precursor Log Exchange on Feb. 11, Indiana State Police Office Luke Waikel saw that Aaron David Poe, 32, 7849 N. 400E, Leesburg had been making an unusual amount of purchase of pseudoephedrine at a drug store in Warsaw.
