WASHINGTON, DC — The Pence women have revealed some of the handmade gowns they are wearing this week in Washington.

Arthur “Ray” Spencer Sr., 73, Rochester, passed away at 11:41 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at Woodlawn Hospital. Arrangements are pending at Good Family Funeral Home of Rochester.
