UPDATE — Phillip J. Armey, 43, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, suffered minor bleeding to his face and head following his 1985 Pontiac Fiero hitting the back of a semitractor-trailer Sunday morning. Armey was checked by paramedics, but refused medical treatment. The driver of the semitractor, Thomas D. Smotherman, 37, Whitney Street, Detroit, Mich., was not injured. …read more.
