The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a dense fog advisory for Kosciusko and surrounding counties. This advisory is in effect from 1 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday. Alverda “Bine” Fogle, 91, Churubusco, passed away at 3 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, at University Park Nursing Home, Fort Wayne. Mrs. Fogle was born on Sept. 27, 1924, in Green Township, a daughter of Forest A. and Hazel (Pippenger) Geiger.
