Allen Vaughn ‘Robin’ Barrett, 69, Syracuse, passed away at 5:10 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at his residence. Barrett was born on Jan. 7, 1945, to George and Dorothy (Overstreet) Barrett in Indianapolis. Barrett graduated from Indianapolis’ North Central High School in 1963.
