Allen O. Shively, 86, of Goshen, Ind., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at the Courtyard Healthcare in Goshen. He was born Oct. 14, 1926, in Kosciusko County to Frank and Inez (Roberts) Shively. He owned and operated Colbin Tool in Syracuse, Ind., for many years.
