Albertis J. Mickem, 78, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away at 2:05 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at his home. He was born Feb. 15, 1935, in Middlebury, Ind., to Melvin V. and Evelyn (Nettrouer) Mickem.
