The Wawasee Area Conservancy headquarters property has been renamed. Alan Charles ‘Buzz’ Levinson, 87, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Parkview Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Ind., of hematoma complications.
