Although the board filled the entire garage bay of Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District with chairs, only two public members were present for its monthly meeting Monday, July 20. There is still no official word on whether the district will move forward with sewering parts of Wawasee, but the board did provide updates on some of the moving pieces required to finalize plans.

Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District made up for months of digital meetings by holding its first in-person, socially distanced meeting since COVID-19. The regular monthly meeting for June ran from 7 to 7:14 p.m. Monday, June 15, and was followed by a special public hearing that began at 7:30 p.m.
