Addison “Jeff” Warrix, 59, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, in his residence. He was born July 19, 1954, to Add and Juanita (Joseph) Warrix in Paintsville, Ky.
