WHITLEY COUNTY — Whitley County Prosecutor Matthew Rentschler announced today, Nov. 20, that a Whitley County Grand Jury has indicted David G. Hagan for murder and reckless homicide. The indictments arise from the shooting death of 29-year-old Adam W. Porter on Aug. 14, in South Whitley.

WHITLEY COUNTY — The Whitley County Prosecutor’s Office will request a grand jury to be impaneled to review the evidence in the shooting death of Adam Porter, which occurred at 305 W. Buckeye St., South Whitley, on Aug. 14. The date of the grand jury has not been set.
