SYRACUSE — The fire early this morning, Friday, Jan. 26, at 12650 N. Rainey Road W. Syracuse, has been ruled accidental. The cause was investigated by the Kosciusko County Squad 70 Fire Investigation Team. Roxanne Arnott and her dog were able to get out of the structure unharmed. WARSAW — “It appears to be an accidental fire, with probable cause of electrical in nature,” stated Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Fire Chief Michael Wilson on the continued investigation into the Jan. 7 fire of the Warsaw Community Schools bus garage. The fire destroyed the garage along with five buses and mechanical equipment.

UPDATE: Andy Gonzalez and Kira Beam, along with their son, Lincoln, and a pet, were able to exit the home without any injuries this morning following a fire in the crawl space of the home.
