SYRACUSE — The ninth annual Tour De Lakes took place Saturday, giving riders the chance to tour Kosciusko County’s chain of lakes along four different routes.

SYRACUSE — Growth continued at the eighth annual Tour des Lakes bike rides Saturday, with around 350 riders participating in the fundraiser.
